<p>《魏略》曰：丁溢外似疏濫而內明惠。雖與何晏、鄧颺等同列而皆少之，惟聲勢屈於曹爽。爽亦教之，言無不從。故於時謗書謂：「台中有三狗，嘊喍不可當，一狗憑點作蛆囊。」三狗，謂何、鄧、丁也。點者，爽小字也。其意言三狗皆欲齧人而畜蛆也。</p>

<p>又《藝術傳》曰：嚴卿，會稽人也，善卜筮。鄉人魏序欲暫東行，荒年多抄盜，令卿筮之。卿筮曰：「君慎勿東行，必遭暴害之氣，而非劫也。宜有以禳之。可索西郭外獨母家白雄狗，系著舡前。」求索正得駁狗，卿曰：「其色不純，當有小毒，正及六畜，爾無復憂。」序行半路，狗忽有聲甚急，如被人擊。比視已死，吐黑血斗余。其夕，序墅上白鵝數頭無故自死，而家無恙。</p>

<p>《後魏書·蠻夷傳》曰：獠性同禽獸。若殺其父，求得一狗以謝，其母椿懷嫌恨。又以大狗一頭買一生口。</p>

<p>《北史》曰：齊南陽王綽始十餘歲，留守晉陽，愛波斯狗。尉破胡諫之，綽倏然斫殺數狗，狼籍在地。破胡驚走，不敢復言。後有婦人抱兒在路，走避入草，綽奪其兒飼波斯狗。婦女號哭，綽怒，又縱狗使食。狗不食，途以兒血乃食焉。</p>

<p>《後周書》曰：張玄琮性仁孝。村陌有狗子為人所棄者，玄見即收而養之。其叔父怒曰：「何用此為？」將欲更棄之，玄對曰：「有生之類，莫不重其性命。若夫生殺，自然之理。今為人所棄而死，非其道也。若而不收養，無仁心也，是以收而養之。」叔父感其言，遂許焉。未几，乃有狗母銜一世兔，置玄前而去。</p>

<p>《三國典略》曰：齊高緯以波斯狗為赤虎儀同、逍遙郡君，常於馬上設蹬蓐以抱之。斗雞亦號為開府。馬皆藉以氈罽，被以金玉，號為駁龍儀同。其將合牝牡，則設青盧黼帳，牢具過於諸王婚禮。齊王常親視焉。</p>
